We are a developer of civil and commercial real estate. Our portfolio includes several residential and polyfunctional complexes in Bratislava, Trnava and Šaľa. In Nitra, we have developed and also operated a shopping mall Galéria MLYNY since its opening in 2009 until its sale was made in 2018. The ambition of STY-X company is to expand development as an important pillar of the group. With our development activities, we currently operate on three markets – Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary. The motive of our work is to transfer the joy of creating and developing new work to clients of our residential and commercial real estate.

Commercial projects depend on clients’ needs and current trends. Our main intention is to offer administrative and business premises that meet user’s expectations, looking for an inspiring and creative environment.
